I just got my nose pircing but having problems?

well i got a nose pircing like weeks ago i have benn cleaning it with saline soulation that i got from my ear piercing anywase i ran out of that so ive been using perxiode.Well my friend got her nose pierced an she said that the guy she got it done from told her not to use any perxiode or saline soulation or not to use any alchol?? but thats ive been using so should i just wash it with regular soap??idk i need some help thanks:)
