Im having trouble with my playstation network account can somebody help me?

well, this morning i tried to log in in my playstation network account and it says (an error has occurred. you have been sing out of paystation network) its benn like this for 2 days....and i checked everythiong that i could my password,email, everything...HELP HLEP ,,,,need some answer as faster u can
