Does summer school have any dress codes?

Okay so before I start I juts wanna say that im 13 and I failed 2 subjecs because I was new to the school and it was hard for me to catch up... (Math and English). Now dont say "Just go their dont worry about what you wear" Cause I have to wear SOMTHING will they allow shorts?? And should I just quickly scrunch my hair everyday.. can I still wear concealer and foundation?? Help me out... And do you need a backpack? Is their homework? Do you get to eat? Are the people their friendly? I was in 7th grade but im going into 8th so Thnxx!!
