36 w prego and is gettin induced at 37 w tuesday night is there n thing i can do 2 not have to get induced?

i have to get induced iam getting induced tuesday night my doc says he wants to because iam at high rick and benn having prob with bad contractions and dilating.They gave me a shot to try to to the con and dilating but it dint work so he is inducing is there anything i can do so when i get there tuesday night i don't have to get induced.is there like n thing that i can do to make myself dilate more or have stronger contraction's that will make me dilate so he don't have to induce.I would rather do anything i can befor i get there Tuesday not to have to get induced and just try to have him on my own and yes iam getting the epidural to lol hate pain can tolerate it so please try to give me some advice from anyone experiences of maybe what iam going through u went through or just give me some tips thanks alot......
