Is my labtop broken it keeps shitting down?

Ok so i turned on my labtop and it said it had to install updates. So i couldnt say yes or no so it just started. By its self. So it got to 32% and shut down. Then it turned on by itself and started back on at 32%. Its done this cycle like 3 times (including starting up agaib by itself) and its benn like 10 min. Wht do i do?
