REALLY NEED HELP!!!!need legal advice about a child?

here is he situation, i have a 3months boy that says at my house majority of the time. so yesterday she texted me, "i would rather me keep the child for a couple of days.im going to bring all his things over, and this is too much for me, ill get him whenever im ready. you need to buy all his milk and other things". she isn't mindful that i pay 500 a month. i guess shes going through something emotional right now. she also keeping texting me that, shes gonna get a hotel to have sex with a Friend before coming to get him. before all this i have video of her saying shes gonna let the child starve, i have video of her basically saying he didn't give a care about the child's health.i have video of her yelling at her child, calling him a ***** and sissy because hes scared of dark and his just 4 years of age. i have her driving off on the video with out the baby fully secured in the car seat, with the music up really loud. i have some videos posted on you tube. the link is a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8UQGIBu6j0&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8UQGIBu6…/a jut go through my videos and read the comments or even post some. also tell what steps should i take now
