Is this puberty????????????

ok im 13.5 years old and i have lots i pubes and one big ball. I have a little bit of a beard going but my voice is still pretty high. People are now making jokes about me for it. Also no i have benn growing a little bit of pit hair, and acne on my forehead. So when do you think my voice will deepen and have i started puberty yet????????
