What age will i have to be to get emancipated?

okay, i'm going to be 14 soon, and i would like to know how old i'm going to have to be to get emancipated from my mom. we try to be good, and nice to each other, but my mom says to that each teenager gets in fights with there parents, and we are always gettingg in fights sometime the cops are called. i would go to a relative if i couldbut, mymy mom has got thesstockerer ex-boyfriends so we arconstantlyly moving. i have benn to 4 different school this year, and i love her but im just tired of being the new kid, and getting ifightsts with her. she has told me that she would sign the papers for me to be emancipated, and i know that 14 you cant work really that much but my mom got emancipated when she was 14 too and she worked, plus my best friend since i was around 5, her aunt owns a restauntt and said she would get me a job. i would really like to know about this before im a new kid agian, or my mom and i get into another fight. i'm really trying to be good but it so hard to be good when my mom acts like a teenager herself. PLEASE tell me what i can do i just want her to be happy and ican seee that i dont make her happy no more since she got herr new boyfriends, there ingage and he try to act like my dad and truthfully and as far as imconcernn i dont got a dad .this craziness i want her to be happy with her new husband and step-kids with out me please tell me how to approach this i i'm really going to try hard to get emancipated.
