Should i stop smoking weed?

hi im 16 and am havineing a prob in my life. i have benn caught 5 times from my dad and he has reached a ultimatium. my mom lives about 30-45 min away. i had a talk with my dad and he says that is is morally wrong for him to let me smoke weed ( i told him i dont want to lie anymore and im going to smoke weed and never bring anything in his house). he says that ill (he is only saying if's are his reason) i am smoking weed and i get in a car crash and i kill the guy and i get tested then i get a felony and so on (more stuff like that "if's") is his point why he wont allow me he says if i get caught again i am getting kicked out to my moms. my mom lets me drink and smoke i barely drink and moderatly smoke she sas everyone did it at my age. i have a's b's and some c's with like a d like once a year. i want to continue going to m school which is in my dads town. my question is should i keep smoking weed and be extra special to play it safe and run the risk of getting kiscked out and will have to live at my moms or stop smoking and live at dad;s or move to my moms live down there but have to take my moms car or more realisticly take a bus to and from schhol every day and on weekends if i want to hang out with friends (dont have car and far from it). dont want to go to any school down there and dont want to switch my senior year. just want to know your input and what you would do
