Should i just quit summer school?

ive been going for 3 weeks to make up test (allot) and i study sooo hard and do extra practice ans i just can't understand the material even when the teachers explain it to me like for an hour straight im still confused should i juts quit i mean ive tooken like 5 test and failed all of them (algebra 1 stuff :(" im thinking im waisting my time
