Relationship Or Just Friendship?

Me And My Boyfriend Have Benn Together For 8 Months Now & I Have Been Getting Irritated More And More About How He Would Act.. Like He Would Get Upset All The Time About Very Little Things And Cry Over It. I Like A Sensitive Guy But It Just Got Annoying. Also I Kinda Felt Like He Was Too Clingy. So I Had Broken Up With Him 2 Weeks Ago..And He Told Me He Would Take This Time To Make Our Relationship Better & I Was Very Happy About That But Im Kinda Enjoying The Single Life But I Miss The Good Things About Him A Lot.. I Still Love Him But Should I Go Back To Him Or Stay Single For A Bit Longer? I Wanna Be With Him But Im Not Sure If He's Made Those Adjustments To His Life Like He Said.. What Should I Do?
