I Hurt my shoulder?!?!?

i hurt my shoulder chopping wood with a hatchet.i was using my right arm and chopping in a up and down motion.i swung really hard to break a piece of wood and my shoulder kinda went numb and then started to hurt really bad.i went in side and put ice on it and it hurt if i even moved it.its benn 3 months and im starting baseball and im the pitcher but whenever i throw my shoulder hurts so bad.i dont know what to do.i ve been going easy on it and stuff.i dont wanna go to a doctor but i will if needed to.im only 13 and im in good physical condition.
