Do I have mono???????????

Im 13 and i think i have mono. Its benn almost a week ive stayed home from school. I have a severe sore throat it hurts very bad even when i swallow my own saliva. I have a on and off fever included. I take day quil night quil and advil but nothing helps. Also in the back of my neck, it hurts very bad when i move it. I got a strep throat test but it came back negative. Do u think i have mono?????
